If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before the scheduled time, no fee will be charged. *If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no show to any activity no refund will be posible
- In case of delayed flights and missing on a shuttle, you would need to call us and reschedule a new shuttle service. No refund can be made.
- In case of a delayed flights for a private shuttle service, driver can wait 1 hour for free, after 1 hour, van can wait 2 more hours for $20 extra, after that time you would need to call us and reschedule a new private van service. No refund can be made.
